Abbey Park
Central to the town and originally the grounds to Evesham Abbey, the park interprets that heritage in a variety of ways. It has a wonderful setting with a natural terrace and excellent views from the higher levels over the adjacent river Avon. Boat trips run from the Park Quay in the summer. On a summer weekend you can listen to music from brass bands whilst the children have a great time in the splash pad and water play fountains. The park features a play zone which includes an underground bank slide, a trampoline, basket swing, climbing units, wide slide, and a huge sand play area. There is a skate park, lily pool and the Penny Whistle sculpture. It hosts a variety of events through the year including the river festival, Battle of Evesham festival and fishing festival.
