The team is led by the award-winning celebrity Consultant Chef- Sudha Saha and Head Chef- Shah Hussain. Stemming from his love for authentic flavours, and innovative techniques of cooking, Shah is truly passionate about being able to share a fresh perspective on the cuisine. Offering a modern approach to traditional cooking, he takes inspiration from his native subcontinent, while continuously researching regional dishes. Shah has combined his heritage with his love of British ingredients to create a unique dining experience.
